HEALTH GUARANTEE:
Seller certifies that this puppy is, to the best of her knowledge, healthy at the time of sale/shipment.
The puppy will have at least two puppy shots before being released to Buyer. The Seller will provide vaccination records. Validation of this guarantee requires a state licensed veterinarian examine this puppy within 48 hours of delivery, at Buyer's expense. If this dog is determined to have a major health defect, he/she may be returned to the Seller for an exchange at the Buyers expense. Proof must be shown by Veterinarian and validated by my Veterinarian. In the event of the death of the puppy within 48 hours of purchase, a licensed veterinarian must perform an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death at the Buyers expense. The report from the autopsy must be sent to my attending Veterinarian for review. If it is then determined to have had a major health defect, the puppy must be returned at Buyer’s expense to Seller before new puppy will be released. This exchange does not cover death due to neglect nor abuse. This guarantee does not cover: Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Giardia, Hernias, Weight, Ears Standing, Breeding ability or any other standards of this puppy. This puppy is sold as pet quality only. Seller is not responsible for immunity level, mites, pneumonia, mange, heatstroke, ringworm, conjunctivitis, fleas, ticks, and ear infections once puppy has left Sellers hands. Buyer is responsible for keeping their puppy away from contaminated areas, out of the heat and cold drafty places. Guarantee is not valid if sold to a third party. The Seller is not responsible for any Veterinarian bills the Buyer may incur regarding said puppy.

REGISTRATION:
Seller certifies that this puppy was bred in accordance with The American Kennel Club (AKC) registration requirements for purebred dogs. Breeder has made application to The American Kennel Club (AKC) for litter registration and individual dog papers will be issued to the Buyer as soon as they are received and payment for the puppy has been made in full. This puppy is being sold with full / limited registration. Please refer to the AKC website for full definition of these terms. Both types of registration will permit this dog to participate fully in approved competition; the "limited registration" denies registration privileges to any offspring of this dog and is the Sellers confirmation that this dog is intended as a family pet, not for breeding.

ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS AND TERMS OF SALE:
1) The Buyer is responsible for any shipping fees and crates needed to deliver puppy safely to new home.
2) If shipping is arranged, payment must be paid in full before shipment and form of payment must have cleared bank.
3) If you plan to pick up your puppy, your final payment must be made in cash, credit card, money order, or cashiers check. I will take personal checks for deposit only.
4) Seller recommends neutering (males) and spaying (females) at age of six months unless dog is to be shown in competition, or health considerations require otherwise. Altered dogs live a healthier life and generally have fewer behavioral problems. Dogs sold with "limited registration" are not to be bred at all.
5) Seller will hold puppy for Buyer upon receiving ½ of asking price for deposit until release date agreed upon by Seller and Buyer. If said puppy is not shipped/claimed by or before the agreed date, the total deposit is forfeited and the undersigned Buyer relinquishes any claim to the puppy. The Seller agrees to maintain the animal in good health until claimed by the Buyer
